  • This site is only an extension of the Philatelic Bureau of Ernakulam ( called ‘ Bureau ‘ hereafter)on the Internet. It is an off-line service provided by the Bureau at its sales outlet, which are the services offered to the public, as required and in compliance with the instructions contained in the Hand Book for Philately, 1985, and the instructions issued from time to time by the Postal Directorate, New Delhi.
